Most of you know I love to make soups, and this one is totally comforting and delightful - it warms the cockles of your heart and chilly winter feet!

It's inspired by my Chicken and Cheese Tortellini soup - omitting the tortellini and adding healthy greens instead.

This can be turned vegan or vegetarian by omitting the chicken and adding more varieties of greens - or vegan by doing the same and using veggie broth.

It's so comforting - without the guilt - as there are zero carbs!

The chicken soup with chard sounds great. I've saved it in my recipe file. The hint about pre-boiling the greens is a useful one. I'll have to remember that.
