Chicago is freezing and the snow is insane! We never close the schools in Chicago & they have been closed for three days now.
Crazy as it sounds, I am loving it! The snow is beautiful, the air is crisp, cold, and something to respect. The sun has been fabulous.
It's too damned cold, but I'm enjoying.

At night it was windy off/on.
It was windy when I went to bed.

Just had two warm days, LOL, in the 30s, and lots of snow.
Today was cooler, in the teens, & sunny.

It was in the high 30s today here and the sun was out. The temperatures are now dropping. It's possible that we may have icy roads in the morning if it rains at all during the night.
