Lunchtime - having a salad with cheese, olives, pine nuts and ranch. Plus a low carb beer. Have to clear out the excess beer now  Did you have a salad today?

I did!
A lovely 2 egg, salmon, beet and cucumber one with romaine lettuce! And get this..no dressing...just salt and pepper. I was proud of myself!
It felt refreshing with no dressing!
