I actually had oatmeal. I've been pretty good recently making my breakfast, but today I was running late for work so I grabbed a packet of oatmeal and brought it with me to work. Unfortunately right after I made the oatmeal and brought it to my office, someone needed help so by the time I got back to my office the oatmeal is was a congealed mess, microwaved oatmeal just doesn't taste the same. :-)

First breakfast is half a vanilla Premier protein shake topped up with a cup of 2% milk. Then it's two half-mile walks - one with our dog and one with a neighbor's dog - followed by breakfast for our dog and cat and my second breakfast. Today it was 1oz roast beef, 1oz cubed cheese and 1oz mixed nuts.

I had weight loss surgery 5 months ago, so I have to take in 80 grams of protein a day.

Low carb? Not really. 1 cup Teecino w/cream. 1 hr later I ate an apple. One hour after that I ate 1 svg of black-eye peas and a slice of corn bread.

Of course breakfast did not begin until 1pm today. Gotta get back in the saddle; salad for dinner.

Started my day with my EAS chocolate protein shake. And chewy orange vitamins, of course. Just right. Now thinking about a salad.
