Oh Yes, The system has cautioned me. However,the use of this poem is easily under fair use as culturally accepted as public domain, and tends to benefit the poet's estate, as it shows something of the author's in a good light. If there were any doubt I could simply cite the source to eliminate any problems. It is fortunate for poets that fair use is rather broad or we would all be less well known. According to the current standards at
http://www.poetryfoundation.org/downloads/FairUsePoetryBooklet_singlepg_2.pdf and elsewhere if I posted a link to the Amazon book in the forum I would have to cite it as source for the poem. Still it makes things easier for people who really want to share in a discussion of published work.
