Had my EAS for breakfast, but I'm out of salad mix so having tunafish with celery and olives for lunch with a Miller 64 low calorie beer to test the beer out. It's light, but not as light as the Bud Select 55 we tried last week.

How are you doing?

Having leftover Ruby Tuesday ribs with spaghetti squash and grilled zucchini. Delicious! How is your Friday night treating you?

An odd-timed day - woke early to get to an art reception, so guzzled my EAS shake, then a smoothie and nap when I got home. Now - lunch! Bob will make me a burrito out of the leftover pork ribs from Ruby Tuesday. Delicious smile. What are you guys having today?

Here was my duck from last night's Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner - nicely low carb! Low carb can be delicious! Today I'm having my EAS shake and now salad for lunch. Although I'm out of olives. Ah well, I've put them on my OutOfMilk app list so we don't forget to get them. What are you having today?
