LOL. Sanjiv Chopra is a liver doctor but I also follow Deepak Chopra who is an endocrinologist. He also promoted coffee drinking, the caffeinated variety.

However, it is supposed to be drunk black as you say and I cannot manage that. Maybe I will try decaf. Or stick to green tea.

Yesterday I had grape juice and Pepsi with two toasts (only butter and i did not eat the crusts), 2 bacon and 1 fried egg, pretzel twists (No Name), half of a poutine (from the grocery store at Causapscal...it was bought the previous day), white uncooked potatoes (fried in the bacon and egg grease with added butter), Skittles (original...lemon), white rice with tomato paste and pretzel twists (No Name).

Yesterday I had grape juice and Pepsi with two toasts (with butter and a coconut spread...did not eat the crusts), a sald (iceburg lettuce with green onions and 15% cream with macaroni (mushrooms fried in vegetable oil and butter), white uncooked potatoes fried in vegetable oil and butter and pretzel twists (No Name).

Yesterday I had grape juice and Pepsi with three toasts (fresh bread...only butter and did not eat the crusts), beef (drawn a blank now...cant remember how we call when its all in pieces to make burgers) with cooked white potatoes and sauce (dont know what sauce...my mom made it) with a salad (the leftovers from yesterday), Skittles (original...lemon), cheese puffs (Cheetos), chocolate (the rest of my last solid milk chocolate santa from Freddo), pasta (3 cheese sidekick from Knorr), pretzel twists (No Name), white uncooked potatoes fried in butter and pretzel twists (No Name).

I had my EAS shake for breakfast, then leftover beef tortelloni from Olive Garden for lunch. It upset my stomach! Why do I still eat grain products? I know it's not good for me.

Now I'm having edamame and it's just so tasty smile.

Yesterday I had grape juice and Pepsi with three toasts (only butter and did not eat the crusts), the meat and potato leftovers, chocolate (small milk caramel centre hearts from Freddo), cheese puffs (Cheetos), 1 bacon slice and white uncooked potatoes fried in the bacon greese and butter, half of the pasta leftovers, chocolate (small milk caramel centre hearts), white uncooked potatoes cooked in the bacon and potato grease with added butter and pretzels twists (No Name).
