What do yo remember about the knocks? Specifics.

I know it "sks" right now. But, the sun really does shine though. I guarantee it wink Been through it more than once and sometimes it takes that before you change a path, you know? Like w/anything.

But things like (about the knocks) if you feel like it, do you recall...

Like how many?

Did it sound "echo-ey?"

Did it sound like someone knocking on wood?

It was like someone banging their fist on a door, like trying to break it down. Not echo-ey at all. It was loud. Even the wall the door was on felt like it was shaking. The doorknob was rattling. They banged on it three times in a row and then a pause, then it would start again. Maybe a dozen knocks total. It felt very real. Scary.

maybe your brain is too overworked right now. Settle and buy this DVD at Amazon right now. The Secret! It will probably save your sanity...it saved mine. And I am not overly religious...it's not about that. It's about Positive thinking and what it can do for you. It helped me and still helps me. I have been able to accomplish so much with this information.

I lost my copy, so I found it on Amazon.com. To search type:

The Secret (Extended Edition) (2006)...just like I typed. It cost me $5.49 (free ship because I have Amazon Prime), but + 2.99 for 2 day shipping if you don't.

It's really wonderful. You will be blown away!

Well...

I'm conflicted.

I was able to edit, now I'm unable.

But when you're sleep-deprived, yes, you can go into this funky REM state - that's been my experience. It's almost hypnotic, like you're so strained from not being able to sleep, you slip into this other state.

But why the 3?

That's perplexing in more ways than one confused

That's how she knocked on doors. My partner. Always three times. That's the only thing I can think of.

Just a quick update. I went to the doctor today. 97 lbs. Last time I got on a scale I was 115 (I'm 5'3). I've been in such denial. He said it sounds like generalized anxiety, prescribed me Ambien for the insomnia, and sent me to the lab for blood work. He thinks I'm anemic but he wanted to check everything. He wasn't kidding; they took a urine sample and like 10 vials of blood. Good news: I am NOT pregnant. Haha. I should get the rest of the results in about a week, and then I'm supposed to come back for a follow-up.

Hopefully everything will come back fine. Be careful with the Ambien - it can sometimes cause sleepwalking. I had to stop taking it because of that.

Oh! It works really quick - be sure you are already in bed when you take it.

Wow...

"They" our guides, helpers (whatever you want to call them) must be on a rampage today, lol.

I recently asked for the prescription "Ambien." I just don't sleep - like well at all. I have to force it basically, mentally, like a wall.

Anywhoo - so I get the stuff and I notice right away - "This isn't Ambien." I shared that w/my Dr. as well. But in that case, I was in the emergency room, so it wasn't my reg. Dr. which I absolutely LOVE!

It has a side-effect or at least the generic does -"zol..something." I affectionately call it "Zoltar," lol.

But for me at least, it leaves a hangover-type, sluggishness the next day and didn't keep me asleep.

The original Ambien, knocked you out in 25 minutes, you slept well (really well) for like 4-6 hrs. and you woke up energized, ready for a good day's work the next day.

The emergency room guy actually said, he doesn't know anyone that makes it anymore...and that threw me for a huge loop! I'm like - you're kidding, right? It actually did what it was supposed to. Work.

Just thought I'd share that in case you end up feeling a little more badly than you might right now.

I'll go back and read the reest , but that really caught my attention since I just recently was givin it and it was featured recently in a movie my husband rented confused

10 vials is a lot and hopefully everything will be fine. smile

But, depression, I mean there's (in my opinion) two different kinds.

There's like the kind you really can't name the source from where it comes and a different type where you're sad because of an event and to me, in my opinion, it's good to cry and get it out and heal w/out pills or whatever.

But I would like to keep reassuring you, the strength in NOT going back is your attribute!

With me, I remember, I was so beaten down, so numb, I asked myself, "Do you even know what your favorite color is?"

My identity was completely gone, basically.

At least here, you have support, from wherever we all are, and it's when you rebuild, you find things inside (GOOD ONES) you never knew you had smile

It is the generic. Zolpidem. Now I don't want to take it! Oh well, it's 10pm here so I'm going to head to bed and give it a try.
