I did thanks and as a bonus he won very fast so that's extra time in bed for me, I won't watch Master Chef even if he finished before it's starting but no problem since it's going to be on Youtube.

Until the middle of afternoon I was able to block the stress (it was hard for a while this morning...almost lost it but was able to) but again my mom was able to break throught, it did not last long but it was awful when it lasted. In less than one hour I have a Tennis match, earlier I thought that Federer lost but found out he came back to win so if Ralfie wins tonight I'll more than enjoy that match tomorrow!

It's the same my dad is doing, sing and whistle.
I know that this may sound ridiculous but it is the way they do it. I bet anyone that if they would see and hear they not only would be annoyed but they would be frustrated and even scared. When my dad does it he sounds like someone is about to totally lose it, sometimes it is scary, especially when he does both things at the same time. At first my mom was annoyed by him then she started imitating him and now she does it on purpose because she knows that it is driving me crazy, she is now coming in the same room I am to do it where I am, yesterday she did it over and over for several hours.

I still think getting an MP3 player would be a good idea for you. You can get one for about $30 on Amazon.
That way when the singing and whistling gets to you, you just slip on your headphones and drown out what's stressing you out.

Today so far I had stress but not too bad. My dad had me on the edge for a little while and when my mom started I put a song on Youtube very loud and she stopped, she asked me something during the song and I ignored her and she has not tried to annoy me since then except for when I was making food earlier in the kitchen and I just started talking over her. Tonight I have a Tennis match so I'll be okay, noone who knows me have ever tried to bother me when I watch my sports, they know they'll be seriously hurt if they dare do that.

Today was a low stress day. Almost everytime my parents were getting on my nerves I found a way to calm down, when I was not able to I was not extremely stressed so I calmed myself quickly.
