My stress was low today. Once or twice I let my mom get to me (my dad was strangely calmed and relaxed today) but I calmed myself almost immediately and did not let that or anything else ruin my day.

My stress was higher today. Me not letting my parents get to me did not last long but I still am able to not let this or anything else stand in my way. The past years (started before moving here) I have made decisions then just let them go (sometimes it took seconds) but not anymore!

It was again higher today. I had a nice thing happened to me but my mom was getting on my nerves. It's like she was doing it on purpose because I had a good news. She keeps on sitting in a chair in the second living room when I'm in the other on the computer and she stays there doing what she knows is getting on my nerves. She only started doing that this Summer. It's like she knows that I am going crazy and she is doing her best that it happens. My dad too is working on it, when he is not in the same room as me he makes sure that I hear him.

My stress was not as high today. I woke up with an empty house so that was nice.
