I am agree with you all. Sunglasses are really helpful for us and benefit us the most. They keep our eyes protected and make our eyes protected.

I agree too, wearing sunglasses are not just one of our fashion styles but also protects our eyes. It really have many advantages to us.

The main reason why I wear sunglasses is that I have this fear of bad things happening to the eyes so when I go outside I am scared things will go into my eyes and having sunglasses on my face gets that fear away. That fear actually turned into a phobia while I was living in Ste-Florence there is so much pollution and dust there and it is also very windy, by the last year there I even was scared with sunglasses on since there was a small part where things could of gone through to my eyes. I actually today got a clear sunglasses so that I can start walking at night again.

Good sunglasses are very important for UV protection. If your eyes are unprotected in sunlight you're more vulnerable to cataracts and other long-term eye damage. BTW not all sunglasses protect your eyes, so watch out for fashion statements that don't filter the harmful rays. My optician has now started putting UV protection into their clear lenses too. The sky may be cloudy but still letting harmful rays through - that's why you can get a sun burn on a cloudy day at the beach!

It is so true, sunglasses are the accessory which not only enhance our outer beauty, but also helps to protect our eyes from being damaged by harmful UV rays. My driving glasses auto-change dark to light so that I'm always safe from the sun. Otherwise I probably wouldn't remember to carry separate sunglasses from my regular glasses.

Yup, and there are instances where something gets into your eyes. It's also useful when you didn't have a good sleep and have to hide those black circles around thee eyes.

For sure, those black circles are a bummer and I don't want to wear concealer cause it's kind of heavy.
