I had to stop taking migraine meds years ago because the meds raised my blood pressure too much.
I am grateful that my migraines are less frequent now and less severe.

I am grateful for new beginnings.
I love the new beginnings given to us each day.
And I love the new beginnings of a lifestyle changes.

Debbie, I'm grateful for you actually, Lisa, Burt, Lori...there are certain people you cross paths with that change or alternate one path to another. I'm also greatful I think I have a good DR. I hope...like not one of those Olay products which are great at first then stink after the 3rd batch
