I am so thankful for this article and the others you have linked to it. I grew to rely a bit much on formula with my now 6 month old. I kept thinking when I had the summer off I would just nurse more then. Well, my milk was all but dried up. Literally just a few drops. Now the supply is coming up and my little guy is getting diapers that look like that of a breastfed baby. The last 2 weeks have been lots of hard work, and i know I have a little more left, but it has been totally worth it!
