No spiders so far today, my fingers are crossed that it stays like that until I go to bed!

As for my stress level it is very low today, almost no stress at all.

Again no spiders thankfully.

If it weren't for my parents singing and whistling there would be no stress for me today besides the stress I have about a decision I have to make before June 2, it's a little one but it still stresses me out.

There are a lot of things I really need to get done, but my stress level is low. I can think better and make better decisions when my stress level is low, so I am grateful.

It is medium today. I am thinking about the big day coming and that stresses me out a little.

Today it is like yesterday, the big day coming is stressing me a little and my parents too but they are less worst today.

I am going on zero second of sleep so I am kind of a zombie today, at least that helps by taking away the stress (when im tired like that only Shumi driving was able to take me back to Earth).

Thanks to my parents I am shaking! Something was telling me to check the satellite bill (today is the last day to pay it) and it was not paid! My dad just came home from I don't know where so only my mom was there when I found that out and when I told her that this bill is in my name she told me like it was normal that they almost always paid it late! I take the blame for again being stupid in trusting them but now 0% trust is left with these two people! My mom is angry right now and acting like a baby, the last time she did this for almost a week, acting like I was not even alive and like I never was born and I don't care right now! When I get out they won't get my phone number and address, if they act like mature people for a change from when I will tell them about my moving until I get out they maybe will get a way to reach me by internet, that's it (i would be in peace since my dad dont want anything to do with computers and my mom only does some when im there behind her).

If it would not be that I go get my glasses tomorrow I would take an ativan before going to bed tonight, I am still shaking!

I was able to calm myself last night. I listened to a song I love over and over and I sat down and wrote my list for today's trip to Matane. That little trip to get my glasses and shop will be good for me, I'll be able to go to stores I haven't been to since 2009 (1 is 1 of my fave called Ardene) plus I will buy food from a restaurant I haven't eaten from since October of 2009.

Good for you, Nancy. So glad you know how to calm yourself. Sounds like you have a nice little trip ahead of you today as well.

My stress level is quite low and has been all weekend. Calm, relaxing.
