Obesity or overweight issues can be reduced if we follow a balanced and healthy diet along with daily exercises. Just keep track of calorie intakes and make small weight goals which can be easily achievable and be always self-motivated to reduce the weight.
I agree with Jemimah - "Diets" are mostly fads that really don't help. The diet that leads to sustainable weight loss is exercise, water, lots of fruits and veggies and portion control.
