Do you still have the containers they came in? Those make very handy containers for water changes, and they have lids that come with them!

Yeah, I always save the containters that my betta come in. I use them to put the fish in during water changes and I use the larger ones I get at walmart for sick bowls. I wash them out very well with hot water and I pour a good amount of table salt in the water and scrub with a clean paper towel, then rinse well. They really are very handy. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Congratulations on your new little guy Mega! It sounds like you've been bitten by the betta bug lol.
Do you have to ask to keep the containers that pet stores keep the bettas in? Every place I know of just puts the fish in the bag for you to bring home.

Yah, I have one of the containers. The one i got from my petstore was sent home in a bag, and the cup didnt have a lid. Ive got the one from walmart though, thats how I brough Owen home yesterday <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
