I know that sometimes we are to lazy to do regular exercises. However, doing exercises free our busy mind and fatigue at work. I took part in a yoga class in every evening and often jogging in the morning. Consequently, mental health can be effectively improved. whats about you?

I definitely agree that daily exercise has huge health benefits. I did daily yoga for a long while and it helps circulation and nutrients moving around. meditation helps calm the mind all day long. And I have to say that dancing has been a HUGE help in allowing me to fall asleep instantly.

When very stressed - to the point where I feel I just don't even have time (or desire) to work out - I do a 10-20 minute workout. Turbo Jam is one of my fav's as well as jumping on my exercise trampoline. Even ten minutes makes a big difference and it's easier for me to mentally deal with.

I get a brisk walk in with my dogs every day, weather permitting, and that helps with stress.

Definitely love hitting the gym. I didn't get there this week because of work and I feel the effects!

Taking the workout there is some benefits for the body especially to control the depression which create in the body,therefore it is the basic tool for keeping the health more better and happy.I also recommended the workout to all to take the positive response from the body.
