No matter where you are in the world you can take a few minutes to sit quietly and hold world peace in your thoughts. It quiets your own mind to think of a peaceful planet. So it's a win-win practice.

Hi Everyone! I hope you are having a good day. Here in The Netherlands it is sunny but cold with the odd cloud floating by. I appreciate every bit of sunshine and sit in the library window for a while in the morning when the sun is shining. Feels good here in winter.
Our thought to meditate on this week is:
Peace is within reach of the individual and it is up to us to spread it around by meditating, intention, and peaceful actions in the world.
Hello Everyone! We're getting closer to the spring equinox, a time for reestablishing balance in our lives. We can do this by adding meditation to our daily schedule along with clean living, nutritious food, and exercise.

Hello Everyone! The weather is starting to warm up here in The Netherlands. This morning I refilled the bird bath and topped up the small wildlife pond. And there were a few blossoms on the cherry tree. Emerging life all around the garden!
