To add to that I would venture to say that, for me, REALITY is the spiritual substance in everything in Nature, because I see all the Universe as being a physical and visible manifestation of the spiritual, invisible reality of THE ONE.

I can recall, as a child being taught that a SACRAMENT was the outer, visible form of an inner invisible truth. If that be the case, then the whole Planet Earth, and the Universe in which it moves, is a sacrament. We are all sacraments within that infinite system, because we are all sparks of the ORIGINAL FLAME. Branches of the tree, (which is what the Master meant when he said 'I am the Vine; you are the branches.' (He spoke as Christ, and not as the man of flesh.)

So what is real for me, is the Divine Spark which shines like a beacon in many; - which is awakening in others; - which lays hidden and unknown in most, and which has become so dimmed with hatred and greed in some that it appears not to exist at all. Maybe in some it has been obliterated. I don't know.

When I worked for 5 years in a Juvenile Detention Psychiatric Hospital for girls, I never met a singe 'BAD' Girl. I met ones who had done bad things, but as I cared for them and talked with them, I found little jewels in amongst the waste which was what their lives had become. I found kindness, compassion, and love. These were still there - if you looked deeply enough and shut of all pre-conceived ideas which formed after reading what they had done. This was their reality. This was what I worked on, to bring into blossom.

I learned from them too - these girls between 12 and 16! I learned a lot. They were also MY teachers!

The lessons I learned were real! So there's another reality!

I still struggle to let go of anger for those who deliberately torture children and animals out of sheer pleasure, or to vent their own emotional pain. Souls react to abuse and torture in one of three ways: they remember, and would die before they'd ever cause another soul such pain, or they dedicate their lives to trying to stop such abuse, and help those who suffer, - or they become rotten inside with so much hatred that they actually go out and torture more innocents. I think the nature of the person has much to do with this. It depends on their level of spiritual awareness as to how they will react. I've seen all kinds in my work. I can tell immediately, by looking into their eyes, which of those three they are.

Plutarch is credited with this quote:

Though boys throw stones at frogs in sport, the frogs do not die in sport. They die in earnest.

But people can and do change when the spark of awareness is lit and allowed to flicker into life.

I have spent over 50 years trying to awaken that spark. Even ONE soul given the light to bear is a victory - and that is a reality too! To see a soul light up with new awareness! In fact, for me, that is one of the most beautiful realities.

My beloved Mother recently left us -- and I cry.
My beloved Brother (eldest) left us in March 2007 -- and I cried.
My beloved Father left us in 1993 -- and I cried.

I know why I cry when a loved one leaves.

Why do we cry in sadness when the one who left is no longer in pain and has found peace? Why do we not celebrate for the joy that the 'lost' loved one is now experiencing?

We are left in the physical world while they have gone. We cannot touch our loved ones anymore or hear their physical voice, something that once brought us joy. We miss that. It saddens us and we cry.

It is tough being in the physical world with senses and having to let go. Even though our bodies are a wonderous thing, we are not perfect in the physical form. We become used to what we can see, hear, and feel.

Just a thought.

Love is beautiful, powerful, and eternal. Our loved ones who have passed are always with us, even if we don't always realize it.

Man, Know Thyself... as God.

You cannot see God and live... as man anymore, then you must live as God.

Not a God SEPERATE from the ONE God like the rulers of this world would like to be -- but ONE the The God of Very Gods. In order to do this you must become a creator.... and we are already... but our misused energy from past ages has come back to us for redemption. Do we repeat the same mistake and mis-create or do we create like our mom and dad does... perfect love, (misunderstood), perfect wisdom and perfect power. Every human quality is a perversion of a divine quality.

I speak with the Great Mother, I ask for her help in many things. I also pray to God and ask for His help in many things. I sometimes feel they are One and the Same. What do you think?

So true. Love never dies, neither does the soul. Death is but a new beginning.

If I had a choice, I'd love to spontaneously combust so that those left behind could have a party and celebrate in a happier manner, laugh a little instead of shedding tears at the crazy exit.

Isn't it the Buddhists that say that this world is but an illusion? We create our own realities: the choice is ours. Positive thoughts will attract more of the same.

One and all must experience strife in life, otherwise, what would be the purpose? How would we grow and learn? If everything was perfect, why would we even be here? Take a look at some of the "rich and famous" -- they supposedly have all material things, but are more miserable than a homeless person......

Besides, we are never given more to deal with than we are capable of dealing with: it makes us stronger.
