Thanksgiving Should be Simple

I loved this article, Tina.
And, I agree.
This year we are going to visit friends in another state, and we are not even having a turkey.

It does not seem strange to me, but I know my husband is craving turkey. So, I figured I'd make one when we got home - but, like you said, it can be and should be simple.

What complicates it? Because we don't want to leave out any favorite dishes so we make too many? Maybe we should spread our favorite dishes throughout the month of November.
Because we are feeding a lot of people?
