There was time I was private chef at a place where a couple of dozen priests lived. They required soup every day for lunch. It was part of my job description - fresh soup and a fresh batch of cookies every day. For two years.
A few years later, I was corporate chef at a cancer research center. Guess what? Soup on the menu for lunch. Every day.
I learned how to become very inventive with a soup pot.
I don't even like soup.
