Each final fantasy is it's own unique animal. Men tend to prefer ff 7, and women tend to prefer ff8. Start with 7, then try 8 or 6. mmm.. ff 9 was okay.. really pretty to look at but not much fun to play. ff x is shorter than the rest, and worth playing.

7 is when the company started really paying attention to the graphics, till then the graphics were old style, but the story line is excellent (6 is my fav, it's the one that I started out with)

Tromboneman! You're a musician? Right on! Oops, Jessica here, under my other screen name. Anyway very cool for you, I hope that things go great for you fellow artist! I can't do anything musically, but I am an artist, and I know how hard it is to get things to a point where you can make money doing what you love.

Hey!

I see all artists as linked together. Painters, Sculpters, Musicians, Dancers and the like.

Best of luck to you too. Though it is only part time, I actually do make some decent income playing the trombone and piano. I play in a 10 piece R&B, R&R, Jazz Swing Reggae Funk Band.

We do everything and have a 5 man horn section. Local clubs, Rotary Clubs Bar-Mitzvahs, Weddings..you name it we do it.

It is my 17th year with this little entourage and I have been truly blessed.

How about you? What is it like for an artist?

It can me tough. There are a lot of "critics" out there, and they seem to enjoy bashing on artists... It can be annoying when people say, gee it's not as good as michelangelo. sheesh, he's a master! Anyway, on friday nights we close off one of the streets downtown and set up boths for all of the local artists, we also have a live band playing and sometimes we even have it catered. It's loads of fun.

I usually make my money off of sci fi conventions, new age stores, and the farmers market. The avatar and signature under my jessica art history and mythology screen name are samples of my work.

Actually permit me to rephrase...Good visual talent...yours is quite impressive.

2 questions...how old are you and where are you?

My wife and I live 1/2 hour north of Boston.

Oh a third one....has any of your work published or printed?

My birthay is coming up, I'll be 26 in may. I'm located in salt lake city... but I think that I might have a show out in boston sometime this year.. I'll have to double check that. I did have an image published in a literary journal.... hmm I'll have to see if I have it scanned in so that I can put it up. I haven't made a real push for publication though.... on a lighter note, when my work was published, Elliot Gould asked me for my autograph lol!

I have a few years on you...I will be 39 next Friday though my wife is only 31.

How is Utah? Warmer than here I bet. When you come out here, if you do, will you display your work?

Is it a sci-fi convention?
