I have searched everywhere, at the request of a friend, for a particular bible. Does anyone know where I can find a KJV, Topical Reference Edition, Crusade Bible Publishers, Inc., 1970, Mt. Juliet, Tn, 37122, USA (copyright year does not matter)? Any help you provide is greatly appreciated. Looking for more than one if possible.

Last month when I checked all the rare books and major book sellers NO ONE had this bible. I just did a casual search moments ago and found only 1. But, please the search continues for more. If you know where I can find this specific bible (copyright year does not matter), please contact me. Thanks in advance for all your help.
