Finishing up my article on "The Best Appliances for your Vegetarian Diet". It's a sub-series of the Vegetarian Essentials, and it has a lot of great foundational information.
After a recent 3 day yoga retreat where all meals were vegetarian, I decided to continue it when I came home. It's been a week now and I feel great! I should have done it long ago.
My road block was always that my husband wouldn't convert too and I do all the cooking. While on retreat, I talked to a couple of other women in the same situation and they made it work so I'll just cook meat for him.
Luckily, my husband wants to lose weight so we are mostly eating veggies and healthy grains so he can add meat with no problem.
