I have a good friend who loves her coffee black. No sweetener, no creamer.... just black! I wish I could do that!!!
I LOVE the flavored coffee creamers, but once I found out the majority of them are made with hydrogenated oils - which store themselves in your arteries
I tried experimenting with different creamers.
I tried the pure dairy - lots of fat - but at least it's fat your body can process. Way better than hydrogenated!!! But, they make me feel bloated.
I like the soy coffee creamer - nice and rich. Lots of carbs though.
And I like the coconut milk coffee creamer. The plain is not bad on the carbs. And sometimes I'll sweeten with coconut sugar as a treat.
Of course this morning, being rather grumpy, I just dumped some chocolate in my coffee LOL!!!
It's not too bad though - It's the Starbucks Mocha - with just 6gs of sugar per serving
