I just left CVS...I got the free gas card..I bought Chex Mix, water, Ms. Fields cookies and Pop Tarts to hit the $30. I also had a raincheck for free Zyrtec so I used that too. Whew I'm tired but now it's time to start planning next week's trip!

Congrats on getting the gas card! I got one twice, pretty much through the power of cereal. I might have tried this week if my store was not out of mayo and wesson oil. Those are always worth stocking up on and they won't go bad. let's see what they have next week. ----------- Today i got some mail sample freebies. Four packs of tide stain lifter type things and coupons for more. Nice. I also got this month's ACE holiday specials. A bunch of things are free and near free the first few days of july.

I'm so jealous of your ACE purchases! I got the gas card this week but they only had Shell so I kind of had to go out of my way to use it. I'm hoping that next week's stuff makes it a little easier. I also learned that some CVS have variations of products. For example, I was prepared to use my coupon for Homestyle Mac and Cheese but my CVS carried Easy Mac, not Homestyle. I didn't have a coupon for Easy Mac so I passed on the mac and cheese altogether and got more pop tarts. The same thing happened with the bottled water.
I'll have to be more careful with that in the future.

Today, i got a free sample in the mail of a garnier shampoo.
I did some good BOGO shopping yesterday at CVS for Dan. I am trying to help him get the best possible deals for things he uses, and since it's fun for me, it all works out. So lots of two for one deals.

I wanted to get it just because it was free but I was scared my husband would be offended. I "think" it's to make the male private part bigger and/or harder???

You guys are doing amazingly well with the coupons! Well done!
On the sanitary pads, I highly recommend going with cloth ones. Then it's eternally free and there's no waste into the trash stream either! I've been doing that for a while now and really like it. I can never run out.

Maria, i looked up the Extendze and it seems the product has some irritating side effects. I decided to pass on that thing. I would have had to pay tax on it anyway.

Lisa, that is true about the cloth pads and i really want to make or buy those eventually. They are a bit spendy upfront and i imagine one needs a few to rotate across the week?
I like doing the deals to get pantiliners free, though. And I place the individually-wrapped kind in my first aid kits as trauma bandages.
