Just to add to the top the common causes of these vitamin deficiencies include:
1. Poor eating habits
2. Alcoholism
3. Emotional stress
4. he improper absorption of vitamins and minerals (usually due to liver or intestinal disorders)
5. The intake of medicines that interfere with the ingestion of vitamins and
6. Lack of exposure to sunlight.
Last but not the least If one constantly feels sluggish and suffer from chronic health-related inconveniences, they might be short of the vitamins the body needs to function properly.
