Hi everyone!

I'm the new Southern Cooking editor here at Bella Online! I'm thrilled to bring you weekly articles featuring delicious southern cuisines along with some helpful cooking tips.

While I'm new to the Southern Cooking site, I'm not new to Bella Online. I was previously the Cooking for Kids editor for two years, and the Adoption editor for one year. I'm also not new to southern cooking, as it's what I've grown up learning about(and eating). smile

Just wanted to say hello! Feel free to post your questions or comments about southern cooking!

Have a great day!

Welcome back, Brandii. Your sweet spirit was missed here! As I mentioned in the editors' forum, I love southern cooking as my husband is from the south.

If you could teach me some great peach recipes and how to make those chewy pecan pralines I will love you forever. Of course, I love you now but I'd love you forevermore! wink

Thank you everyone for your kind words! smile

And Lori, I'll definitely work on those recipes and update this thread once they post to the site. smile

Thanks for the article ideas!

Peach cobbler--ymmmie, HOORAY! Please teach me how to make this out of canned freestone peaches. My mom made this when I was young. Hers had a bottom and top crust.

My great gramma made the best peach cobbler. What I wouldn't give for some of that now and to be able to ask for her recipe!
