Today started off FANTASTIC.
MIL gone, husband back on Saturday. Watched about 15 minutes of the Royal Wedding - that bolstered my belief in fairy tales. It was great!!!

I wake up early in the morning and do some meditation to relax my body and mind.I like to do yoga as well because I believe in astrology I like to do that kind of stuff.

I start my day in prayer and then I continue with a work out or run and then I get the kids off to school and finish with meditation. A very refreshing topic! Thanks for posting!

Good morning, Yvonnie.   I get up before Grandfather Sun does, make a cup of coffee, and sit out on my patio. As soon as the Sun starts peeking over my little mountain, I say my prayer of thanks for another wonderful day.

That is such a gorgeous photo Phyllis IS that your mountain? Technically I haven't gone to sleep yet, so it's still the night shift on my bio-clock. Terrible insomnia. When I don't have insomnia, I wake up, make a cup of coffee, wrap myself in my shaby chic fuzzy pink blanket and watch for the sun off the balcony. Then I excercise and start making fresh bread and a soup usually for supper later in the day.

Hi Elleise. Yes, that is my little mountain. I burned some sage as offering and prayers as Grandfather Sun first peeked over the mountain.
Hope you get some sleep soon. Your bread and soup sounds like a good idea for supper. I think I will make some, too. Making something like that always starts my day out right.
