So.........I like a chair with arms, but I have had chairs where the arms just get in my way. What's your experience with chair arms, the good, the bad the ugly?

The most recent article on the ergonomics site at BellaOnline is all about chair arms. I'ld really like to hear some opinions on this one.

YES, chair arms are a pain for me. Personally I do not like them on the chair I am using for a computer. It is like it "stresses" out my arms and shoulders.

I'm another one who finds chair arms get in the way sometimes - I like them, but they need to be about 2 inches lower than the standard ones will reach!

Some of the newer chairs are coming out with some good options. I just saw one this morning that may be a winner - but it's still a prorotype.
