Currently, www.ulta.com is offering $3.50 off any $10.00 purchase.
If you're interested in trying out the Clinique liner, a great time is during Clinique bonus week. Duting this time, you spend around $22.00 and receive a bonus--usually a makeup bag with skin care samples or gloss and mascaras. You can check here to see when your local Clinique counter will be holding their Bonus Week.

Walgreens had Wet n Wild Icon Shimmer liner for less than $2.00 last week so check the circular tomorrow.
Basically, with any of the drugstore brands you will need to keep your eyes open for sales or Buy One Get One Free. Walgreens, RitAid, CVS, WalMart, Target--all these stores will be advertising in the circulars tomorrow.
