Chi, that doesn't sounds like too much, but we need a lot more detail on each thing to help you with this.

Let's start with your home and landscape. What is it that you want to see happen in one year?

I'd recommend thinking about things you might like to talk about to get conversation going to promote what you do, without *sounding* like you are selling. I do this professionally for people, so I can totally give you a free consultation.

Jilly, that would be SOOOOO cool! I've got several songs going through the recording process at this moment. Just need to do little things like add back-up vocals, a bit more guitar, or re-record over that place where the dog started barking LOL.

Silly dog. Although Pink Floyd has barking dogs in his songs, maybe you can pull off that it was deliberate...lol

As for the landscaping, here are the priorities:

1. Save the old lemon, avocado and orange trees. Call in an arborist.
2. Replace the side fences.
3. Cut back the overgrown plants, remove the dead ones.
4. Take out the juniper hedges.
5. Design the new hardscape for the front and back.

phew. That's a start! Gosh, Jilly, you helped me break down a large project into doable steps.
