I'm back from my trip and ready for week two of Eat STOP Eat. My intermittent fast last week started Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. and ended Thursday evening at 6 p.m.

I had one cup of coffee, one iced green tea without any sweeteners of any kind and two small bottles of water. Had no issues of any kind and was able to get a lot of writing done, did 20 minutes of mobility exercises and yoga in the morning and 40 minutes of yoga in the evening. I broke my fast with a handful of almond/walnut/dried cranberry trail mix then had a moderate size dinner of 2 fish tacos, black beans and one beer. I also went for a 40 minute walk after dinner.

This week I'm starting my IF Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. (that's tonight) and my strategy is a little different because I'm not away. I'm home and my fridge is stocked and that makes it harder since I am in the habit of snacking a couple of times a day.

BTW, for those of you wondering whether this is healthy, the ebook explains all this in detail so please don't criticize or question this method of fatloss unless you have read all the Intermittent Fasting research.

Constantly dieting on the other hand does horrible damage to your body and slows your metabolism way down. I.F. has been found to speed it up. As always consult your doctor before trying ANY diet!

It's only 8 a.m. and I'm already in trouble. I'm home and our fridge and pantry are stocked. I don't usually eat breakfast until 9 or 10 but I do have days when I wake up hungry and I eat eggs and toast or a small egg spinach cheese burrito right after I get up. Today is one of those days!

I think I will drink some chia seed water and try to deal with it. I need take a bunch of exercise pics and workout so maybe that will distract me at least until 2 p.m. Not eating until 7 tonight. Feels so far away.

Will try to stay busy all morning and see how it goes.

IF is going great today. Drinking chia water and a big glass of ice water helped a lot and so did working out and then going to work to train a client.

While I was at work my trainer friend Matt who is helping me rehab my hip was eating a huge piece of cold pizza and drinking some v8 veggie/fruit juice in front of me for 10 min. while we talked about my hip and weight loss clients.

I did not want what he was having even though he offered. He always eats at work and is always happy to share his food with anybody. When I told him I wasn't eating he said please tell me you are not doing HCG. I said I wasn't that stupid or insane but didn't mention IF and left shortly after that.

I now have 5 hours to go and will be pretty busy the rest of the afternoon so no chance of eating now. Woohoo!!! 2 down and it's getting easier.

BTW, my client asked me if I was losing weight. Apparently you can see results from IF pretty fast. Check out what one P90X user who's been using it for 2 years had to say about her Eat STOP Eat results.

Eat Stop Eat went great yesterday. I felt slightly hungry most of the day but was able to just distract myself with errands, reading, exercise, and work. My client who lost 18 lb. on Eat Stop Eat actually asked me if I was losing weight. I figured I had but hadn't bothered to weigh until today after breakfast. Down 1 lb to 117 but not sure if it's true fatloss yet.

I broke my Intermittent Fast with 1 cup of whole grain rice that was cooked with spinach corn tomatoes and mushrooms, 2/3 c ground bison cooked with taco seasoning and black beans. Topped my rice bowl w/some pepper jack cheese and 1/4 avocado. It was gooood! For desert I had 2 pc. of dark chili chocolate.
