Jilly - I'll check the next time I'm at the deli counter, normally only Bob uses it because I try to live nitrate-free and get the special nitrate-free meats from Hormel. So I'm not really familiar with all the options there.

What brand do you get of Brie? I'll look for it here and see what it costs! Maybe I can send you some! smile
