Yesterday was an off day. I had tortillas with butter - but i added tomato sauce this time.

And for dinner i stressed ate some cookies. The windmill cookies.

I had a third of a glass of wine, also. I wasn't really in the mood to relax. The day was rather busy.

Today i had cold chicken with mayo and some brie, and some wasabi dried peas. Decaf. Vitamins.

Right now am drinking OrangeMint water.

I LOVE the Metro Mint waters! The Chocolate is my favorite.

Sounds like today you had a really good food day Jilly!

Thanks! My fave is also the chocolate, then the orange, then lemon. The rest are too 'cold' for me.

Tonite will be nuts or a protein shake.

Really, they are too cold smile I think the Cherry is my second, then the Orange.

What kind of protein shake do you like? I was thinking about going on the Isagenix. I did that a couple of years ago and really liked it.

Thank you Lisa. I am the Princess of Brie. smile

This morning i had decaf and almonds.

For dinner I had three high fiber, high protein crackers with a large hunk of brie and a few cranberries. And vitamins.

And now for a glass of red wine. I will probably have two glasses, since it's a weekend and I feel like it. smile

Jilly - that is good that you are adding in a variety of foods to get different types of nutrition into you! It's also great that you are taking those vitamins!

You drink a lot of water too all day long right, and just aren't mentioning that part?

Right, I do not feel a need to mention the water because I am such a good hydrator. So i don't need to work on that or think about it.

Oh definitely I understand that - I just wanted to make sure people reading this thread realized you are getting lots of water into you, since it's so important! You are an uber-waterer smile
