A special treat for all my favorite low carb forum members!

Here's a link to my FREE beta-test copy of my new Quick No-Cook Low Carb Recipe Book. It has 51 pages of information and recipes on creating healthy snacks and meals with NO cooking at all.

Please help me proof it, and I'd love any other recipe ideas that you have, to add into the mix!

Quick No-Cook Low Carb Recipe Book

It's in PDF format, so you need Adobe Acrobat (which is free) to be able to read it.

Thanks, the only item in there that is even remotely cooked is hard boiled eggs, and I figured people could buy those pre-cooked at the store if they had to. But there's not even any microwave use in these recipes other than those eggs.

Your book is fabulous! I am not new to Low Carb, but was running out of snacks other than meat and cheese. Thank you so much, and blessings to you and to your Boyfriend for starting and finishing this project. I cannot say thank you enough. Snacks easy and quick was what I needed. God bless you dear. lovers

Well this current book is all about no cooking, because some people don't have access to cooking methods. I suppose eventually we could put together a separate book which requires access to a microwave!

Hi Lisa, I enjoyed reading your latest book! Great content and I particularly liked:

* the section on important items to keep in your kitchen cupboard
(this makes it so much easier to put together a healthy snack)

* the ideas for the more rare but very nutritious foodstuffs
(it makes you much more aware of what to look for in the shops)

* the effect of music on our eating habits
(something else to help with weight loss!)

Typos = Pg 29, 5th paragraph (addition) and Pg 51, 8th sentence from the bottom (fridge).

Thanks for sharing some really interesting stuff. (JOY)
