* the section on important items to keep in your kitchen cupboard
(this makes it so much easier to put together a healthy snack)* the ideas for the more rare but very nutritious foodstuffs
(it makes you much more aware of what to look for in the shops) * the effect of music on our eating habits
(something else to help with weight loss!)Typos = Pg 29, 5th paragraph (�addition�) and Pg 51, 8th sentence from the bottom (�fridge�).
