Anyone seen Flower on any of the BellaOnline sites? I know you guys post all over (lol). Hope we did not lose her to another site like we lost Rev.Wright to exercising. Flower, you okay? Just busy? Hope you are okay and will be back soon.
UPDATE: I just checked and the LAST time she posted on ANY site was 9am (not sure what time zone) 8/22/10. Wow, hope she is okay and just busy or taking a break. Let me know if you know what is going on. Hate to see REGULAR members not posting. And she posts DAILY......

Hi everyone, i�m back i had a pinched ishia, couldn�t do much sitting, there for lots of streching. Getting back on the recovery road.
Angela my husband is german, my mother was german, thats what brought me here. My mother. But i grew up in the states and vacationed here in the summers. Now i live here permanetly, and of course i speak german, with a strong american accent lol.

Sorry, yes it is a challenge to live here. The people are very different here. And the life style is very different from that of the americans.

Hi rosie, i missed you guys too.
It�s the big nerve that runs down the leg. I probably spelled it wrong. Ichia nerve. It�s murder, you can�t move without it putting a jolt of pain through your back, lumbar part. It is not completely better yet, that takes a while to get my back into form again. Stretching and ibuprofen, helps some what. And of course walking.
