Years ago I found a recipe for a cookie that was awesome! It had oatmeal, peanuts, dates, chocolate chips, raisins and maybe one or two other ingredients besides the basic oatmeal cookie recipe. The name of the cookie was "Jumbo Cookie" or something like that. If anyone has that recipe, I would love to get a copy, since I have lost mine some years back. I believe I got it from Goodhousekeeping or Redbook magazine.

My monster mash cookies which is a half batch of sugar cookies with m&m's, peanut butter blossom, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin.
You just take pieces of each doigh, roll it together and mash it down a tad.

I adore cookies...and love them all....but if I were to pick just one I would pick a warm from the oven white and dark chocolate, cranberry and pecan oatmeal cookie...it is sinfully delicious.

I really like homemade oatmeal, but instead of raisins, stir in chocolate covered raisins. So good!

OMG, I didn't think of doing that. I have done that with chocolate covered peanuts and orange slices in sugar cookie dough.
