Looks like you're a moderate carb type but you seem to have some minor protein tendencies that you have picked up over the years from low carbing (same happened to me).
Also the range of types is very wide so nobody is strictly one or the other and there is a middle ground (the mixed type). At one point before I balanced my hormones I though I was more of a mixed type but not so!
So funny how you can bake all day and not touch the stuff. My boyfriend makes cookies for his kids sometimes and they're all digging into the batter and I'm like GROSS! Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person in the world who doesn't like chocolate chip cookies and ice cream.
A dark chocolate bar will last me over a week (my mum in law thinks this is weird) I don't like birthday cake, pies, and donuts either. My favorite junk food is tortilla chips and guacamole or burger and french fries. I also forget to eat all the time and then my diet gets all weird.
Everybody here at bella seems to low carb except me so I'm grossly outnumbered when it comes to proof that moderate to high carb can work.
I won't try to convince you to do either but maybe something you can try (this worked for a client of mine) is to go to phase 3 of South Beach (no processed carbs though) and stick that out for a month and see what happens. Your weight will either go up or down but at least you'll know for sure whether low carb is right or wrong for your body.
I tried The Zone, Atkins, South Beach, Paleo, and a few others until I finally gave up and just started eating a balanced diet. This resulted in more weightloss than any low carb plan I ever tried.
