I am waiting for my chocolate to finish.
I think I'll go with your first batch's 1 1/2 T of sugar.
But, I'm waiting for the finished product to make a final decision.
Do you keep it on the stove when adding the chocolate, sugar and vanilla? Is the goal for the sugar to melt and not to have a grainy chocolate?
Do you pour it into a mold and harden it in the freezer?
My husband has some vanilla beans he has been holding on to - I forwarded your vanilla recipe and cannot wait for him to try it.
