this is what you could do. instead of doing the major attack, do the small ones to bring up your elements. kill the little ones first. if i remember the tank is yellow based. if you use turn yellow the damage will decrease. use your most powerful elements you have. if you have any greens that attack put them on your highest level. just keep raising your element level by ones using the weak attack until you have one stamina point, then use an element. equip the tablets so you can heal yourself more than once.
