Thought I would post some photos of what I've been busy doing!

This necklace has copper, pearls, glass beads, crystal beads and ceramic beads

This is my rainbow endless necklace and memory wire bracelet

Chalk Turqouise bracelet

Vintage button bracelets

Pretty! I especially like the bracelets, but then I'm a big, big fan of bracelets that are, or resemble, charm bracelets. The vintage button bracelet looks so colorful!

I have a huge collection of buttons and decided hoarding them wasn't doing any good! I made my sister, mom, a friend and myself one. I had some old girl scout buttons I put on my moms, she was a girl scout. Seemed a shame to let those buttons sit around in my house!

That's a good plan. I'll bet they sound pretty as well when they click together. Very creative!

I am waiting on my jewelry supply order to make it. I am out of the large jump rings and as soon as they get here I am going to be so busy! My sister called last night and found another show to go to in August. She is serious about this!

Yeah, my order got here yesterday and my sister mailed it. We go together and order and get a bigger discount. She goofed on the quantity of things so I had to make another order but she needed some other things so that all worked out well. She has just recently gotten interested in selling just beads and is going to meet a guy this weekend and is going to start out with $1000 of beads. I will be interested in seeing how much beads $1000 will buy! And I have a list of stuff for her to pick up for me!

Do you ever use sheer ribbon instead of wire for a necklace? What would you use to fasten the clasp?

No I have not ever used ribbon, but I think that you would want to use a crimping clasp.

Reading that you're getting ready for a craft show in July brought back lats of memories for me. I used to do beadwork and sell it at craft shows. I enjoyed it but the production aspect of the work got to me after a while.

Hope you'll keep us posted on how it went for you!

I do enjoy making jewelry, but when the show gets really close I get sick of it!

I called her last night and she said something was wrong with her email and she couldn't attach photos. She was going to look into it. I was disappointed!

Conniem, these are gorgeous bracelets! Is the one in the second photo made of lampwork beads? They almost look like hard-candy, they're so colorful! And I love the floaty, cascading look of the round beads on the third bracelet (plus the colors work really well together). Tell us about your materials?

The first bracelets are made of vintage buttons. I finally colleced enough of the ones with the rhinestones to make 2 bracelets.

The second one is made of cane glass beads. I had a bunch and didn't have any clue what to do with them and had one of those cha-cha or stretchy watch band type bracelets. The only bad thing is it is very heavy. I guess you could get 2 and use them to get a workout during the day!

The third one is made with the stretchy watch band and they are all vintage glass pearls. I always try to look for ways to use old broken pieces of jewelry that you can pick up at garage sales.

Thanks for the complements!

Here are a few more things:

This is made with my mom's favorite beads, the cobalt blue and white porcelain beads. If I don't sell it I will give it to her.

This one I made with mother of pearl beads

Miliefiore beads...another one of mom's favorites

Red foil glass bead necklace

Conniem, I like them all! The matching earrings are a nice touch, and I like the dramatic "opera"-length of the millefiori and the red-foil. I especially like the two your mom likes, the cobalt and the millefiore. She has good taste!

Thanks! I am doing a few last minute things...hubby says I get all crazy the closer it gets. Or I am burned out and don't want to see another bead!
