Is there anyone out there that collects tea cups or tea pots?
If you do what type?
How many are in your collection?

What is the funniest tea pot you have?
What are your collectables made of?

Both my grandmother and mother collect teacups and tea pots so I have added to their collections through the years. I didn't get the teacup/teapot bug, but am an avid collector of cookbooks and have a wonderful collection of tea related cookbooks.

Dear Martha, Thank you for your response, Bless you for your love of tea! What are your favorite recipes out of the tea books?

What is the zaniest tea pot and what is the most expensive tea pot in their collection?

I am interested in the next realm of tea and collecting the "paraphanallia (sp.)is part of it right?
Stand by to my tea site as I do have some new up and coming tea cookbook authors that I will be reviewing soon!

I am still looking for anyone out there that collects those funny tea pots. What is the funniest tea pot you have ever seen?
Or Does anyone know anyone who own a collector/priceless heirloom tea pot?

Hi Mary,

Well, you know I love tea already :)I have a few neat tea accessories. One is an old tea sieve, where the handle lays across your cup and has a little sieve to place your tea leaves in and then pour the hot water. I like my teas to infuse, so I really don't use it, but I thought it was pretty neat. I'd post a photo but I still don't know how to upload a photo from my files that doesn't have a URL (if you know how to do that, e-mail me!!)

I have another pretty little china cup that nests a little china teapot on top which I think is pretty cute. The handle broke in the move, but, it was a clean break that I can glue back on.

I love tea time with my sweetie, family and friends....warm and fuzzy smile

I love to have a "Christmas Tea" every year. I get out all my china tea cups and saucers and all the tea pots I have had for years. Some of the tea pots have crackled from the hot tea, so I just use them for flower vases sitting around on tables. The ladies of my family love our Christmas Tea. I make Swiss Butter Cookies and several other type cookies and some little pasties (sausage, hamburger, potato, onion, apple mix) to serve with the teas. I offer several different varieties of tea.

Walk in Peace and Harmony.

Ladies! Hello, I'm so excited with your replies.
To work backwards in the responses: Flavia that is so cute that your husband keeps buying you the little tea pots; secretly I think he is really the collector. (we usually buy things that we personally love, don't we?)

Which of the 10 are your favorite?
