It can be terror.

I'm not afraid of her or the other one.

But you feel uncomfortable, don't you, and it does not seem she can be changed. So it's terror - not to be afraid of but to suffer from, constantly.

Terror is more like when someone is trying to get in your door in the middle of the night. These women are just annoying.

I see. - When things like that are getting extremely annoyoing I call it terror. Psychological terror.

Annoying does not equal terror....

I guess it's dependent on how intense the trouble becomes. You can have the feeling it's terror, you can feel annoyed, it depends on the degree, at least as far as I am concerned.
