Pansy,

Those symptoms could certainly be thyroid-related but there are other hormone imbalances such as adrenal and sex ones that can cause an array of symptoms. If you haven't been thoroughly blood worked, I would ask that it be ordered for you. I would also ask for a complete blood count (CBC) if not already done, to check for anemia and B12 level, glucose, etc... to rule out other possible causes for your symptoms.
Your thyroid levels look good at first glance with only the T3 looking to be on the low-normal side. With the possible thyroid nodule you've found in your throat, you might need referred for a thyroid ultrasound. Nodules can cause problems and symptoms in some people even when their thyroid lab levels are normal. Some doctors would disagree with this but I've seen it attested to happening by many people over the years as I've been searching/researching about thyroid disorders/diseases.
Let us know how it goes and please feel free to ask all the questions you like and comment as often as you like.

Pansy, Has anyone suggested that you may have endometriosis? This serious disease is missed by many gynecologists that are not endo specialists. You may want to contact the endometriosis association about finding a reputable reproductive endocrinologist. The association has published 3 books on endo and they have a monthly newsletter. This disease is associated with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, allergies and asthma, Hashimoto's disease and other autoimmune disorders. You may also want to contact a good GI doctor about possible celiac disease. I have not officially been diagnosed with celiac disease but when I removed gluten from my diet my pain decreased dramatically and I had more energy. I do have endo. I was diagnosed when I had a laparotomy to remove an ovarian cyst. My surgeon was not an endo specialist and the cyst burst during surgery. A year later I had a laparoscopy done by an endo specialist and he removed multiple adhesions that tested positive for endo. My periods have been so much less painful since I had the laparoscopy. Good luck. I know how difficult it is to find a doctor who will take a woman's health complaints seriously.
