BellaOnline Forums TV and Movies British Television Do you get BBC America? What do you think of it?

I think the problem is many big budget BBC productions are co-funded by wealthy networks like A&E or HBO so of course they are shown on these stations and not BBC America or BBC Canada.
Did you read that Gordon Ramsay got into trouble in Australia when he insulted one of their favourite female presenters?
A series that might come to BBC America/Canada is called Outnumbered and if it does, I really recommend it. It's about a family with 3 children and it's partly improvised by the children so the adults just fit in with what they are saying. The whole thing is so realistic and very, very funny. It's a must see!

Yes, we enjoyed that one too! I must say I really love BBC 4...lots of poetry,history of the Tudors etc. Oh and welcome by the way!

The last several weeks I have been watching How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?and am really enjoying the show. The host, contestants, judges, and of course, Andrew Lloyd Weber make for great entertainment.

I am really looking forward to the Torchwood series starting tonight. It sounds like it's going to be quite a show.
