Hi Dianne:
From one that has been technically "unemployed" since 2008 - a lot of us no longer have "stability" in our lives.
The last thing on your mind is putting in change of address cards so that your mail follows you. I do, as that is me as I know I don't want to miss "critical" mail.
The same with the phone number. If I am keeping a phone, I will make sure the old one has a message telling my callers of my new number if I want to be found/lol.
The email - I don't get that one as I have had my first email (free) forever.
With the non response - maybe they are no longer interested in the job or got something else. Some people do not see the need to notify anyone of this change.
This is one thing I warned my daughter about. Just when she had a bunch of job interviews set up, she got a job offer of a job she really did not want. Someone who worked there got her the interview meaning to help. Anyway, I told her to take it as there was no guarantee the other interviews would work out - but she needed to call and cancel them. I am so not into not showing up. LOL, I may need to call them back for a job

As usual, we appreciate your side of things - from management. Keep in mind that your company is one of few that care about their job applicants. Nice to know they still exist!
