Not too long ago, it was salty foods such as potato chips, but now sweets are a problem.

Strawberry cheesecake

Or a stack of french toast dripping with butter and syrup and washing it down with a big glass of cold milk.

Man, I can feel my arteries hardening right now. mmmm mmmm good

Dr. Pepper does have caffeine. Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper is like dessert in a cup. Yum-0 and doesn't taste at all like diet soda. imo, though, Cherry Chocolate Dr. Pepper is vile.

Food weakness? Lord. This completely trashy casserole called Tater Tot casserole. Yum. It's a pound of hamburger, a package of cheddar cheese, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and tater tots, baked for an hour. Yum, yum, yum. I hardly ever make it because I can't be trusted not to eat the entire pan!

I have to keep things like Ring Dings completely out of the house. If they were here I'd eat the entire box. I find it's safest just not to have them in the house at all.

I find substitutes that meet the base craving. So if I'm craving salty, I'll eat a handful of salted peanuts, and that helps my salt craving for example.

tonight I was craving salty and sweet, so I had a bit of naturally sweetened granola and watermellon with some salt sprinkled on the melon.

it worked

One of these days I'm going to find a way to make tater tot casserole more healthful! I have no idea how but if I ever get around to buying cooking software with all the nutrition info I can try out different combinations of things and see how it turns out.
