Here's our first November Book Club Selection - Secrets of Six Figure Women question:

Is what you earn a reflection of your self-worth?

Please let us know your feelings and thoughts on this subject.

Thanks for participating!

I don't think my earnings are a reflection of my self worth at all. Because i think i'm worth a lot more than i make presently. I do however at times equate my savings with my self worth or at least my self esteem.

may be true sometime but not all the time...I worked at a Medical Company before and it was a pretty luxurious job and very rewarding as well....but I didn't enjoy being on that job. Now Im on my second job, the work is challenging but its not as "luxurious" compared to my first job, but I enjoy myself and love myself more (just for the mere reason that I am inlove with the job)

Earnings and Luxury cant equate to self worth.

I don't thin k what you earn is a reflection of self worth. But I do think that many people feel undervalued when they are unpaid. Its important to recognize the difference.
