Ghiradelli. I was SOOOO glad when Texas stores finally started carrying their products. I used to have a relative in California ship out a supply every 6 months.

Ghirardelli has a new milk chocolate square that has a creamy peanut butter filling. They are really, really good!

Hi,

Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate will be my all time favorite. Perfect texture and taste.

Hi,

For easily available kinds I would say Dove Dark and Cadbury milk. My favorite specialty chocolate is Vosges exotic candy bars. They have lots of interesting flavors like "The Black Pearl" (ginger, wasabi, sesame seeds, in dark chocolate.) The founder even co-conducts Yoga & Chocolate Weekend Workshops around the country!

Over here in the UK we some great little chocolatiers who make their own chocolate, pricey but yummy. Prince Charles has Duchy Original Clementine Thins, dark chocolate discs with the flavour of clementines. They are just the best. Unless you've tried the best chocolate made ever, which happens to be from Belgium, you haven't had it. Hubbie and I were given chocolates from Belgium for Christmas and oh, my Lord. We never want another American chocolate bar. Ever.

The year before that we experienced chocolate from Germany and they were pretty good too. The ones the year before that were from Paris. We have yet to indulge. Those Belgiums chocolates are so rich and flavorful, you can't eat 'em but only allow the chocolate with its fillings to melt in your mouth. We still have some left and are saving them for throughout the year.

I have tried chocolate from almost every continent -- Belgian chocolate sprinkled with colored sugar is my current favorite. Sheryl
